How do I add friends?

Go to the Add Friends screen and share your invite code or link. Your friend enters the code or opens the link, and you're connected instantly.

How do I create a custom status?

Tap the settings icon on the home screen to open Manage Statuses. From there you can create custom statuses with your own emoji, label, and color. Custom statuses require Instant Status Pro.

How do I set up the home screen widget?

On iOS, long-press your home screen, tap the + button, and search for "Instant Status". On Android, long-press your home screen and select Widgets, then find Instant Status.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Profile > Manage Subscription > Cancel Membership. This will take you to your device's subscription settings where you can manage or cancel your plan.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile and scroll to the bottom. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm. This permanently removes your account, all your data, and your connections.

I'm having trouble with notifications or widgets.

Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings for Instant Status. For widgets, try removing and re-adding the widget. If the issue persists, email us and we'll help.
